Ingredients

• 250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth

• 2 eggs

• 6-8 fresh shrimps

• ½ bundle glass noodles

• Coriander or green onion for garnishing

Method

  • Wash, deshell, devein and remove head of prawns. Soak in water and set aside.

  • Soak glass noodles till soften, drain and cut into half-inch pieces. Lay glass noodles and prawns at the base of a plate.

  • Beat eggs. Pour in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth, mix well and strain mixture into the plate with a mesh sieve.

  • Cover plate with cling wrap. Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam on high for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium & steam for another 10 minutes.

  • Garnish with coriander or green onion before serving.
