
Ingredients
• 250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth
• 2 eggs
• 6-8 fresh shrimps
• ½ bundle glass noodles
• Coriander or green onion for garnishing
Method
Wash, deshell, devein and remove head of prawns. Soak in water and set aside.
Soak glass noodles till soften, drain and cut into half-inch pieces. Lay glass noodles and prawns at the base of a plate.
Beat eggs. Pour in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth, mix well and strain mixture into the plate with a mesh sieve.
Cover plate with cling wrap. Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam on high for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium & steam for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander or green onion before serving.
