
Ingredients
500ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth
200g sweet potato noodles, soaked and drained
meat slices of preferred choice
2 tbsp roasted peanut
chopped spring onion for garnishing
Seasonings
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sprigs coriander, roughly chopped
1-2 chilli padi, chopped
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp spicy chilli crisp paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Method
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a serving bowl.
In a pot, bring 500ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth to a boil. Cook noodles for 5 mins. Remove noodles and place into serving bowl.
Add in meat slices and boil till fully cooked.
Pour hot Swanson Clear Chicken Broth into the bowl and mix well.
Top with meat slices, roasted peanuts and garnish with spring onion before serving.
