Ingredients

  • 500ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth

  • 200g sweet potato noodles, soaked and drained

  • meat slices of preferred choice

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanut

  • chopped spring onion for garnishing

Seasonings

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 sprigs coriander, roughly chopped

  • 1-2 chilli padi, chopped

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp spicy chilli crisp paste

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp black vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method

  • Mix all seasoning ingredients in a serving bowl.

  • In a pot, bring 500ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth to a boil. Cook noodles for 5 mins. Remove noodles and place into serving bowl.

  • Add in meat slices and boil till fully cooked.

  • Pour hot Swanson Clear Chicken Broth into the bowl and mix well.

  • Top with meat slices, roasted peanuts and garnish with spring onion before serving.
