Ingredients

• 250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth

• 150g rice

• 1 full chicken thigh

• 2 Tsp minced garlic

• 2 Tbs cooking oil

Method

  • Rinse and drain rice.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in rice cooker, add in rice and minced garlic. Fry for about 2 minutes until dry.

  • Mix Swanson’s Clear Chicken Broth with rice and bring to a boil. Then add in chicken pieces and cook thoroughly.

Swanson Tips: Garlic adds flavour to the rice. Stir constantly to avoid burns.
