Ingredients

• 500g Pork Ribs

• 1L Swason Pork Bone Broth

• 500ml water

• 2 Cloves garlic with skin (Whole)

• 6 pcs dried mushroom, soaked overnight and boiled 10 minutes.

• 2 Tbsp white peppercorns (crushed abit)

• Salt to taste (optional)

• Coriander for garnishing

Method

  • Poached the pork ribs, rinse and set aside.

  • Bring 1L Swanson Pork Bone Broth and water to a boil.

  • Add pork ribs, garlic, mushroom and peppercorn to boil for ½ hour in medium heart. Reduce to low heat and boil for 20 minutes thereafter.
